Orange County Blues FC forward Chris Cortez was named the USL Player of the Week for Week 24, as announced by USL today. Cortez was too hot to handle in arguably his best game of the season, scoring twice in the Blues' 3-1 victory over Portland Timbers 2 on Saturday night.
