(Rochester, Minn.)- The Rochester Honkers Baseball Club announced today the signing of right-handed pitcher Tanner Howell from Dixie State for the 2015 summer season. Howell is a 6-foot-4, 185-pound redshirt freshman from Boulder City, Nev. He is currently 1-0 with a 1.04 ERA in three starts on the season.
