Blue Jays Sign OF Chris Heisey

The Toronto Blue Jays today announced that they have signed OF CHRIS HEISEY to a minor league contract. Heisey has been activated by the Buffalo Bisons. HEISEY, 30, is a veteran of 560 Major League games, spending five seasons with the Cincinnati Reds, 2010-2014 and playing 17 games this season with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
