STATEN ISLAND, NY (August 9, 2015) - It took 11 innings, but in the end the wait was worth it as Brooklyn snapped their five-game losing streak with a 2-1 win over the cross-bridge rival Staten Island Yankees. Vinny Siena's RBI single pushed home the game-winning run and closer Alex Palsha shut the door to finish off the win.
