IRVINE, Calif. (July 17, 2015) - Orange County Blues FC has signed midfielder Milton Blanco. Most recently with Arizona United SC, Blanco made his Blues debut as a starter on July 16th at LA Galaxy II, playing 72 minutes. A native of Fresno, Calif, Blanco played at Fresno Pacific University in 2004, while also playing with the Fresno Fuego of the USL PDL.
