City Islanders Sign Foster and Dryer for Remainder of 2015 Season

Harrisburg, PA (July 12, 2015) - The Harrisburg City Islanders are pleased to announce the signings of forward Craig Foster and defender Shaquille Dyer. The two were both key members of the Jamaican National Team and will join the Islanders for the 2015 season.
