Victoria, B.C. - The Victoria Royals have signed 2005-born forward Alex Edwards to a WHL Standard Player Agreement (SPA). The 6'1" one-hundred- and ninety-pound 16-year-old currently plays for the Kelowna Chiefs of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL).
