BlueClaws Ortiz, Brown Named High-A East All-Stars

JERSEY SHORE, NJ - BlueClaws outfielder Jhailyn Ortiz and pitcher Blake Brown earned spots on the High-A East All-Star Team, it was announced on Thursday by Minor League Baseball.
