SEATTLE, WASH. - Sounders FC today announced that midfielder Nicolás Lodeiro has undergone successful surgery. The procedure - a right knee arthroscopy - was performed by Dr. Jorge Chahla on Monday, September 20 in Chicago, Illinois. Lodeiro is set to begin rehabilitation immediately following the procedure.
