LAKEWOOD, NJ - The BlueClaws swept the weekly South Atlantic League Player & Pitcher of the Week Awards this week, with Malquin Canelo winning SAL Player of the Week and Josh Taylor winning SAL Pitcher of the Week. Canelo, a 20 year old shorstop from San Cristobal in the Dominican Republic, was 9-22 with a double, triple, two home runs, and seven RBIs, and six runs scored in five games last week.
