Rockets snap losing streak

The Kelowna Rockets snapped their six-game losing streak with a 3-2 overtime victory over the Seattle Thunderbirds on Friday night at Prospera Place. Former Thunderbird captain, Matthew Wedman scored the overtime winner. Rockets netminder Cole Schwebius, also a former T-Bird, stopped 30 of 32 shots to help the Rockets secure their 22nd victory of the season.
