Halifax, N.S. - Halifax Hurricanes are pleased to announce the signing of Dyllon Hudson-Emory from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for the 2019-20 season. Emory started all 31 games for the Davenport University Panthers last season in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
