Waldorf, Maryland - The Somerset Patriots (6-16, 48-44) had a late rally fall short Saturday night in a 5-2 loss to the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs (12-9, 37-53) at Regency Furniture Stadium. Southern Maryland struck first on a Josh McAdams RBI single in the bottom of the third inning.
