Late Rally Falls Short in Lancaster

(Lancaster, Pa.) - The Long Island Ducks were defeated by the Lancaster Barnstormers 4-2 on Monday night in the opener of a four-game series at Clipper Magazine Stadium. All four of Lancaster's runs came in the third inning against Ducks starter Brett Marshall. Following two walks, Caleb Gindl lifted a three-run home run to right-center field. An RBI double by K.C.
