Waldorf, Maryland - The Somerset Patriots (34-27) defeated the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs (25-36) 6-2 Tuesday night at Regency Furniture Stadium. The Blue Crabs quickly jumped ahead on a Teodoro Martinez sacrifice fly in the bottom of the first inning. That lead held until the fifth inning.
