PETERSBURG, Fla. - The Neill Collins Era at Al Lang Stadium is off to a positive start after the Tampa Bay Rowdies snapped a three-game losing streak with a 2-2 draw against the unbeaten Pittsburgh Riverhounds on Saturday night.
