Three Sounders FC Players Enter Standard USL Loan Agreements

SEATTLE, WASH. - Ahead of S2's road match this Saturday at Reno 1868 FC, MLS has entered into Standard USL Loan Agreements for defender Waylon Francis, midfielder/forward Lamar Neagle, and midfielder Harry Shipp. These agreements contain a right of recall for MLS, which enables each player to play for a USL side and MLS club throughout the duration of the loan period, subject to MLS roster compliance guidelines.
