Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans, ECHL affiliate of the San Jose Sharks, defeated the Colorado Eagles on Saturday night by a score of 5-4 at Allen Event Center. Joel Chouinard led the charge with two goals for the Americans, his 11th and 12th of the season.
