WICHITA, Kan. - The Wichita Force has announced the signing of wide receiver Harry Peoples for the 2017 season. Peoples (5'9, 193) played for the Tri-Cities Fever of the IFL in 2013. With the Fever, Peoples hauled in 45 catches for 499 yards and 10 touchdowns. Peoples also contributed in the return game with 394 yards on 19 returns and 1 touchdown.
