TULSA, OK - The Tulsa Oilers, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Winnipeg Jets and AHL's Manitoba Moose, have signed free agent goaltender Steven Summerhays, as announced by Oilers Head Coach Jason Christie on Thursday.
