WHEELING, WV- The Wheeling Nailers, proud ECHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins, are excited to announce their tenth player signing of the 2016 offseason. Wheeling has signed goaltender Doug Carr to an ECHL contract. Carr, 27, will be entering his third full season of professional hockey, after spending time in both the AHL and ECHL to begin his career.
