Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers have announced that 20-year-old Collin Shirley has been named Captain of the 2016-17 Kamloops Blazers. "I'm thrilled, excited and honoured to be the captain of the Blazers," said Shirley. "I look forward to the challenges ahead and can't wait to get the season started."
