Pedro Payano Makes Major League Debut with Texas

FRISCO, Texas - Former Riders pitcher Pedro Payano made his Major League debut with the Rangers Saturday afternoon. The righty threw a scoreless sixth inning for the Rangers in Minnesota Saturday, just hours after having his contract selected by Texas.
