(Central Islip, N.Y., Aug. 30, 2019) - The Long Island Ducks defeated the Somerset Patriots 8-5 on Friday night in the opener of a three-game series at Bethpage Ballpark. The Patriots opened the scoring with a three-run third inning against Ducks starter Vin Mazzaro.
