River Kings Add Cedar Rapids Native to 2019 Roster

CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA - The Cedar Rapids River Kings have re-signed receiver Demetrius Harper to their 2019 IFL roster. Harper (6-0, 200, Coe College) joins the River Kings for his first season as a member of the Indoor Football League.
