(Rochester, Minn.) - The Rochester Honkers announced today the signing of Alex Fitchett, a redshirt junior outfielder from the University of Hawaii. Fitchett is a 6-foot-4, 225-pounder from El Dorado Hills, California who comes to Hawaii after playing one season at Cosumnes River College.
