SPOKANE, Washington- The Empire has signed offensive lineman Siosifa Tufunga to their 2017 IFL roster. Tufunga (OL, 6-3, 325, Washington) joins the Empire for his rookie season as a member of the IFL. During his collegiate career with the Huskies, Siosifa was a fixture on the offensive line.
