Amerks Earn Weekend Split with Rocket
November 1, 2025 - (Laval, Quebec) - The Rochester Americans' (7-3-0-0) quest for a sixth straight victory came to a halt as they dropped a 5-2 decision to the Laval Rocket (6-4-0-0) in Saturday's rematch between the North Division rivals Saturday afternoon at Place Bell.
Despite the defeat, the Amerks have won six of the last eight games, which includes a pair of victories over the Rocket. The two teams split the weekend series north of the border following Friday's 2-1 outcome for Rochester.

Knighthawks Sign Three Free Agents to Entry-Level Deals
November 1, 2025 - (Rochester, NY)... Rochester Knighthawks President and General Manager Dan Carey announced today that the team has signed three free agents to three-year deals, pending league approval.
Gareth Haigh and Jackson Brown are both joining the Knighthawks after stints around the NLL since 2022; they both play for the Cobourg Kodiaks in Major Series Lacrosse. Nathan Kapp comes to Rochester as an undrafted free agent following a five-year career at Jacksonville University.

Amerks Outlast Rocket, 2-1, in Goaltending Duel
October 31, 2025 - (Laval, Quebec) - In a goaltending duel between Devon Levi and Kaapo Kähkönen, the Rochester Americans (7-2-0-0) outlasted the Laval Rocket (5-4-1-0) for a 2-1 victory Friday night at Place Bell.
By picking up their fifth straight win and six in the last seven games, the Amerks maintain a share of the top spot in the American Hockey League's North Division standings with 14 points, remaining in a first-place tie with Syracuse. Knighthawks Re-Sign Gillies, Jensen, Waters and Halls
October 31, 2025 - (Rochester, NY)... Rochester Knighthawks President and General Manager Dan Carey announced today that the team has re-signed Brad Gillies, Taylor Jensen, Tyler Halls, and Kyle Waters, pending National Lacrosse League approval.
Gillies enters his fourth season with the new Knighthawks after agreeing to a new one-year deal. In his nine seasons in the league, only two of those years were played outside of the Flower City.
