Sixers sign old school coach

Fort Worth- Fort Worth signed Wayne Montgomery, a "old school coach" as defensive coordinator and asst. head coach. "We're proud to have Wayne part of this organization. We feel that this was a great move. He's known around the metroplex as a wise coach."

Montgomery was the offensive coordinator last year in San Angelo before departing from the team in the middle of the season because of family problems. " Wayne knowledge is a plus to the organization" said team representative.

The team will have a workout on march 17 and Montgomery is excited. "I'm glad that this organization is giving me this opportunity to coach professional near my home. I have a players that I've worked with and played for me in the past and they're very excited for me and this opportunity," said Montgomery. Another plus to his title is that he'll be the team's gm. Sixers are hoping to have a championship season.
