MudCats ink two local players

On Tuesday September 18th the Mississippi MudCats announce the signing of Columbus, Ms native Jermaine Pruitt 6"3- 360lbs. offensive lineman from Alcorn State. Jermaine was selected to the 2006 2nd Team All SWAC team.
Also the signing of Oxford, Ms native Travino Vasser 6"1- 275 DE/FB from Miles College in 2005 Travino posted 19 tackles, 9.5tfl, 5 sacks, FF. Signing these two players will be key additions to our offensive and defensive lines, both position we are looking for strenght at for next season. "Said Kirk Broussard-Asst.
