Well Mr. Morris, the Rochester Lancers2 are in your kitchen and eating your leftovers! Tomorrow night, the Lancers2 look to finish not their first... but second perfect season in their quest for a repeat championship in the top men's indoor league at the Rochester Sports Garden!
Tuesday's championship match will see a rematch of a tense, competitive rivalry with Blast Off. The Lancers2 topped them in week five with just two goals separating the two teams in a 8-6 win.
Coached by Bill Ginther, the Lancers2 are the official reserve team of the Rochester Lancers. The roster features an all-star lineup of local standouts from the Rochester community. Lancers2 members Dominic Coco, Marc Sotile, George Morningstar, and Jake Schindler have also spent time with the Lancers first team! Forward Scott Grillo is a former MISL pro and ex-member of the U20 United States National Team.
