Through 16 weeks of play, the Lancers still hold the league's top two goal scorers, including the coveted top spot in total goals and points held by Lancers forward Doug Miller. Lancers Brazilian striker, Mauricio Salles is in second overall. Miller sits atop the league standings with 43 goals and 100 total points. Salles has scored 33 goals and 93 total points thus far this season.
Lancers midfielder Gary Boughton has been named to the MISL Team of the Week. Overcoming several weeks on injured reserve with a back injury, Boughton made a strong debut back at home for the Lancers. His 7-point game against Syracuse led the Lancers in front of over 7,000 fans at the Blue Cross Arena.
