
Islanders Unveil 10th Anniversary New Logo

The Harrisburg City Islanders have announced a logo change and rebranding for its celebration of its 10th season as a USL PRO club. The logo design change gives the feel for the old while looking forward to the new. While still keeping the City Islanders identity with a palm tree and soccer ball, the new logo incorporates the milestone of the 10 years and rebrands the new logo into the form of a soccer shield (or crest) which is more in line with established soccer franchise designs. The new logo will be used as the pro team's primary logo effective immediately as the clubs prepares for the 2013 season. The logo will first appear on the teams' website, social media sites and communication tools then the logo will be phased into the rest of the clubs uniforms, City Islanders youths teams as the season opens.
