NAPHL Announces Top Prospects

FRISCO, Texas -- The North American Prospects Hockey League has announced their Top Prospects Tournament rosters, recognizing four Texas Tornado U18 players in the process.

Forwards Nick DiRado and Ethan Maltz and defensemen Shane Piggott and Mico Solorzano will be representing the team in the tournament.

Among the teams contributing players to the tournament are Shattuck-St. Mary's School and P.F. Chang's and the LA Jr. Kings of the Elite Hockey League.

The North American Prospects Hockey League is a collection of Tier I Midget AAA teams created to serve as a developmental league for the NAHL. The Top Prospects Tournament will mark the conclusion of the league's inaugural season.

The tournament will be held May 7-9 in Wenatchee, Washington in conjunction with the NAHL Robertson Cup Championship Tournament.
