Stephen Strasburg Scratched From Rising Stars Start

Phoenix Desert Dogs right-handed pitcher Stephen Strasburg (WSH), the East Division's scheduled starter in the Arizona Fall League's Rising Stars Game tomorrow night at Surprise Stadium, has been scratched due to a muscle strain in his neck.
Mesa Solar Sox right-handed pitcher Tommy Mendoza (LAA) will replace Strasburg on the roster and as the East Division's starting pitcher.
