Mustangs top rankings again

Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today released its Power Rankings through Monday, February 9th - and the Southeast Texas Mustangs held on to the #1 position for the 7th straight week. They are followed very closely by the Maywood Buzz, Kentucky Bisons, Nashville Broncs and Beijing Aoshen Olympian. "My feeling is that it is going to go down to the wire as the top teams are very strong," said Pierre Hall, Chairman of the ABA Power Ranking Committee. "This past week, Beijing defeated both Nashville and Knoxville and lost to Kentucky, all on the road. And next week, they venture into Texas to meet three teams in the top 12. It should be interesting." The rankings:
