Battle Creek Crunch News Release
-- The second open tryout, held on January 15th, was another success. 45 invitees and possible prospects made it to the Kalamazoo Indoor Center to test their skills and get a feel of the indoor game. Head Coach Bob Kubiak and his coaching staff have got their work cut out for them, as they continue to peruse the amount of talent that tried out for the team. An invitation only tryout is expected within the next few weeks.
-- The Battle Creek Crunch office is officially open to the public on January 16th. The office is located on South 20th Street, near the National City Bank branch, and across from the Columbia Plaza. The office will be the home of Crunch merchandise, and more information about the team and the Great Lakes Indoor Football League.
-- The Battle Creek Crunch's season tickets' packages are phenomenal. Get your tickets today at the website, www.battlecreekcrunch.com, or head on over to the office, and inquire some information about the upcoming season. Packages start at just $40, and that covers the six home games, with the possibility of eight homes (including playoffs) for the 2006 season. All games will be played at Kellogg Arena.

-- The Crunch's dance team name was announced January 9th. Illegal Motion will take the field on April 7th, along with the Crunch, as they kick off the season at the Kellogg Arena against the Port Huron Pirates. Illegal Motion is also working on the 1st Annual Daddy-Daughter Valentine's Dance at the Burnham Brook Center on February 8th.
