
Minnesota Swarm Signs Ten Players

SAINT PAUL/MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. â Minnesota Swarm General Manager Marty O'Neill announced today that the National Lacrosse League (NLL) club has signed F Kyle Arbuckle, D Scott Campbell, F Chad Culp, G Matt Disher, F Jon Harasym, D Michael Kilby, G John McLellan, D Eric Pacey, F Sean Pollock, and D Jamie Roy to contracts.
· Arbuckle, 27 (4/10/77), collected 57 points (21-36=57) and 13 penalty minutes in 16 games with the Kitchener-Waterloo Kodiaks of the Ontario Senior âB' Lacrosse Association this summer. He ranked first in the league in assists and second in scoring. Arbuckle has tallied 99 points (44-55=99), 36 penalty minutes and 149 loose balls in 40 career NLL contests during four seasons with Syracuse and Columbus.
· Campbell, 23 (10/23/81), recorded six points (3-3=6) in 14 games with the OLA's Brooklin Redmen this summer. He was selected by Minnesota in the second round (10th overall) of the 2004 NLL Entry Draft.
· Culp, 22 (2/5/82), registered six points (3-3=6), eight penalty minutes and 13 loose balls in seven games with the Arizona Sting last year. He has collected 32 points (15-17=32) and 79 loose balls in 20 career NLL contests during two seasons with New York and Arizona.
· Disher, 28 (7/10/76), posted a record of 1-9 with a 13.26 goals against average (GAA) and a .741 save percentage in 12 games in net for the Anaheim Storm last year. He has played in 68 career NLL contests during six seasons with Buffalo, Ottawa and Anaheim and has a career 14.30 GAA and a .741 save percentage.
· Harasym, 24 (12/13/79), recorded nine points (4-5=9), 17 penalty minutes and 54 loose balls in 13 games with Rochester last year. He has registered 36 points (17-19=36), 59 penalty minutes and 104 loose balls in 28 career NLL games during two seasons with Columbus and Rochester.
· Kilby, 23 (3/12/81), notched six points (2-4=6) and 105 penalty minutes in 20 games with the Burnaby Lakers of the Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) this summer. He ranked first on the team and second in the WLA in penalty minutes.
· McLellan, 22 (6/27/82), collected two assists in five games with the OLA's Peterborough Lakers this summer. He appeared in 11 playoff games as Peterborough claimed the 2004 Mann Cup Championship.
· Pacey, 26 (5/3/78), played in one game with Toronto last year and collected three loose balls. He has notched 21 points (10-11=21), 28 penalty minutes and 71 loose balls in 25 career NLL contests during three seasons with Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto.
· Pollock, 22 (7/7/82), scored three goals in five games with Arizona last year during his rookie NLL season.
· Roy, 24 (8/27/80), appeared in three games with the Vancouver Ravens last year. He has collected 56 points (27-29=56), 76 penalty minutes and 235 loose balls in 45 career NLL games during four seasons with Ottawa and Vancouver.
The Minnesota Swarm will host the Colorado Mammoth in a preseason game at Xcel Energy Center on Friday, December 10 at 7:30 PM.
