2017 CIBC Canada Russia Series Media Information Moose Jaw

On behalf of the Canadian Hockey League, the Western Hockey League, and the Moose Jaw Warriors Hockey Club, thank you for your coverage of the 2017 CIBC Canada Russia Series.

Please take a moment to review the notes below in preparation for Monday's game with accreditation info and media itinerary outlined here.

Credentials:

Media and Photo Accreditation will be available for pickup pre-game inside the Main Concourse Entrance located on the north corner of Mosaic Place.

Media Room / Seating:

The Media Room is located on the upper level on the southeast side of Mosaic Place beside the elevator. Once inside the Main Entrance, go left (south) on the concourse to the stairwell located on the middle of the concourse and proceed upstairs. From there go left and the Media Room is located down the hallway on the upper level. All Press Box seating will be in the Media Centre located down the hallway from the Media Room (signage will be posted) and seating will be assigned.

Media Schedule:

Sunday November 5:

3:30 pm - Team Russia Practice (Wally B Arena/Pla-Mor Palace)

4:00 pm - Team WHL Media Availability (Temple Gardens Hotel) - Please RSVP with player requests to WHL's Taylor Rocca roccat@whl.ca.

Monday November 6:

9:45 am - Team Russia Practice

11:00 am - Team WHL Photo and Practice

12:15 pm - Team WHL Media Availability

7:00 pm - Team Russia vs. Team WHL

Post Game Media Availability

Practices and media availability will be coordinated at Mosaic Place with all interviews to be conducted in front of the CIBC Canada Russia Series banner near the dressing room area.

Media Policies:

- All dressing rooms will be closed to the media before, during, and after all games.

- Media opportunities are available following each game beginning at the conclusion of the Sportsnet on air broadcast in the space between the home and visitor dressing room areas. Requests for specific players must be made through the CHL/WHL.

- Strobe lights are only permitted for use by the CHL's official event photographer or by special permission from the CHL.

- On ice access is limited only to ENG cameras and on air personalities for Sportsnet, and official CHL event photographers.

- All games of the 2017 CIBC Canada Russia Series will be broadcast by Sportsnet and TVA Sports across Canada.

- Sportsnet/TVA Sports are the exclusive rights holder for the CHL and the Canada Russia Series. Other ENG camera operators are not permitted to shoot in the arena during the game without permission from the CHL and Sportsnet.

- Game footage for news highlights should be obtained from Sportsnet/TVA Sports off air broadcasts. If this is not possible, please contact the CHL and Sportsnet.

- All live hits from ice level must be finished no later than 50 minutes prior to game time (6:10 pm) while on-cameras from the stands must be finished no later than 15 minutes prior to game time (6:45 pm).

- Post game hits from the stands are allowed immediately following the game.
