Steelheads Add Rookies Fennell and Keller

September 22, 2016 - Boise, ID - The Steelheads have added two more players from elite college programs to the training camp roster. Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Neil Graham announced on Thursday afternoon that defenseman Jarrett Fennell and forward Ryan Keller have agreed to terms on ECHL contracts for the 2016-17 season. Steelheads Agree to Terms with Kellan Lain

September 20, 2016 - Boise, ID- Steelheads Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Neil Graham announced on Tuesday afternoon that former Vancouver Canucks forward Kellan Lain has agreed to terms on an ECHL contract for the 2016-17 season. Lain, 27, will play his first season in the ECHL after playing 104 games in the American Hockey League during the past four seasons. September 8, 2016 - Boise, ID - Steelheads Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Neil Graham announced on Thursday that the Steelheads have agreed to terms on an ECHL contract with defenseman Jake Newton for the 2016-17 season. Newton, 27, returns to North America for his seventh season of professional hockey after spending the past two years in Europe.
