November 19, 2019 - Wausau, WI - The Northwoods League released its complete schedule today for the 2020 season. The schedule features 22 teams, each playing 72 regular season games. "There are so many components that go into delivering an exciting and entertaining Northwoods League baseball season, and a key one is the creation of the League's game schedule," said Northwoods League President and Commissioner Gary Hoover. November 4, 2019 - Wausau, WI - The Wisconsin Woodchucks are excited to announce plans today for another renovation of Athletic Park. The next phase, which is estimated to cost $1,500,000 dollars, will be paid for with private funds. The renovation will be a major renovation to the first base side bleachers, which will include premium stadium seating, a new collegiate quality dugout, and two new concessions stands. August 11, 2019 - GREEN BAY, WI - The Wisconsin Woodchucks won their final game of the season. They beat the Booyah in Green Bay by a final score of 7-2. The scoring started in the 2nd inning. Cameron Swanger grounded a ball to third base, and an error by Jacob Buchberger allowed him to reach second. An error by the pitcher Chris Jefferson put him on third, and Alejandro Gonzalez drove him in shortly after. Three errors were made by the Booyah in the inning, and the Chucks were off to a 1-0 lead. Woodchucks Defeat Green Bay and Win Final Home Game of the Season

August 10, 2019 - WAUSAU, WI - After playing their final home game of the season, the Wisconsin Woodchucks are leaving Athletic Park victorious. They defeated the Green Bay Booyah by a final score of 6-3. The Booyah started the scoring in the second inning, but the Woodchucks responded. Payton Nelson hit an RBI single to center field that drove in Alec Arnone. This tied the game at 1-1. The Woodchucks took their first lead of the game in the fifth inning.
