All-Star Allie Thunstrom Returns to Whitecaps

May 24, 2019 - Allie Thunstrom has signed for a second season with the defending Isobel Cup champions, the Minnesota Whitecaps. Thunstrom was impressive in her first NWHL season, posting 10 points (5-5-10) in 18 games. She had previously been a member of the Whitecaps before turning her attention to speedskating for several years. Providence's Christina Putigna Signs with Pride

May 23, 2019 - The Boston Pride have added another talented rookie to their lineup for next season with the signing of forward Christina Putigna, who recently completed an outstanding collegiate career. In 135 games at Providence, Putigna was 46-64-110. As a senior, the Ontario native posted career highs in goals (15) and points (30), and ranked second on the team in both categories. Tori Sullivan Signs First Pro Contract with Boston

May 21, 2019 - After playing collegiate hockey at Boston College and Northeastern, Michigan native Tori Sullivan will continue her career as a professional with the Boston Pride. She signed her NWHL contract on Tuesday and is fired up to play her rookie season. "It's awesome to be able to keep playing here," said Sullivan. "I love the city of Boston.
