Worlds Longest Hockey Game 50/50 Hits Total of $399,165

(Edmonton) On Sunday, February 14, 2021, the EE Football Club held its third online 50/50, sponsored by Sentinel Storage in support of the World's Longest Hockey Game and their fundraising efforts towards cancer research. The total pot raised was $399,165, half going to the winner and the net proceeds of the remainder going to the charitable recipients.

The winning number for the $199,582.50 prize is A-10656107 and was drawn on Sunday, February 14, 2021, shortly after ticket sales closed. The holder of the winning ticket will have until February 18 at 4pm MST, four (4) days following the announcement of the draw to claim their winnings.

The winner may claim their prize by contacting the EE Football Club office at, forwarding their purchase e-mail and a copy of their government-issued photo identification, phone number and their address.

Each prize claimant must provide the EE Football Club with all information required by provincial gaming regulations to claim a prize. AGLC Raffle License #570333, full details and regulations are available at

The proceeds of the 50/50, sponsored by Sentinel Storage, will go towards helping the World's Longest Hockey Game reach their $1.5M goal, while working towards a record-breaking 250 hours on the ice. This fundraising is done to support the UofA cancer research clinical trial to benefit patients at the Cross Cancer Institute.

The previous two 50/50 raffles sponsored by Sentinel Storage, on November 22 and December 5, 2020, closed with combined total awarded prizes of $703,855 and a combined total pot of $1,407,710. The fundraising efforts for the Winnifred Stewart's Joey Moss Memorial Fund broke the previous EE Football Club 50/50 total pot record of $871,839 set at the July 14, 2017 home game against Ottawa. The winner from the November 22 draw took home $495,900.
