Minot 4 @ Aberdeen 3 (OT) - Fritz Belisle scored the game-winning goal at the 4:21 mark of overtime to send the Minot Minotauros into the win column over the Aberdeen Wings. Taylor Lantz, Kyle Oleksiuk and Didrik Henbrant all lit the lamp for the Minotauros. Ben Garrity was the winner in the crease as he turned aside 37 Aberdeen shots. Jonathan Bendorf tickled the twine twice and Riley Murphy also scored for the Wings. Matt Vernon took the loss despite making 30 saves.
The two teams will face off again tonight at the Odde Ice Center. Doors open at 5:30 and the puck always drops at 7:15. $10 general admission tickets are on sale now at any of the 4 C-Express locations in Aberdeen or for $12 at the door. Post game party tonight is at Buffalo Wings & Rings!
