Weekly Preview: Steel Hit the Road for Three Games
GENEVA, ILLINOIS - The Steel hit the road for their first true multi-game road trip of the season, putting their perfect 3-0-0-0 record on the line with three contests in a span of four days starting on Friday. Chicago takes on the Green Bay Gamblers (1-3-0-0) on Oct. 11 then travels to Ohio for a back-to-back set with the Youngstown Phantoms (3-1-1-0) on Oct. 13 and 14.
Green Bay is led by University of Denver commit, McKade Webster. The seventh-round selection (213th overall) by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 2019 NHL Draft, Webster has reached the scoresheet in his past three games with a goal and three helpers over that stretch.

Gunnarwolfe Fontaine (1G) and Sam Colangelo (1A) each extended their season-opening point streaks to three games while Sean Farrell tallied a goal and a helper for his second consecutive multi-point game. Netminder Victor Ostman made 24 saves for his second win of the year.
Youngstown netminder Dominic Basse was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in the sixth round (167th overall) of the 2019 NHL Draft. The Alexandria, Va., native has posted a 4.00 goals-against average with a .875 save percentage in two appearances this season.
