
Tuesday's Mussels-Marauders Game Suspended in Fourth Inning

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Tuesday's series opener between the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels and Bradenton Marauders was suspended due to thunderstorms in the fourth inning at Hammond Stadium.
The game will be continued through nine innings at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Game 2 will be seven innings. Gates will open at 4 p.m.
All tickets to Tuesday's game can be exchanged for tickets to any other Mussels game in 2022.
The Mussels lead 2-1 after plating a pair of runs on walks in the bottom of the third inning. Jase Bowen accounted for the only Bradenton run with a solo home run to left.
Fort Myers starter Jaylen Nowlin went three innings, allowing one run on two hits while fanning seven.
