Trent Grimshaw had NAHL experience before joining the Nordiques with the Brookings blizzard and in the NAPHL. Trent always had a natural ability to find the back of the net, usually a goal that goes 5-hole.
Trent found himself with 22 goals and 9 assist this season good for 31 points and 6th on the team.
Trent always brought about a calm sense to him but could throw the body around when the time came. Trents speed and ice awareness found himself in a lot of high quality scoring spaces on the ice and converted. Trent was also key on the power play as he tallied 11 power play goals and was loved by Nordique Nation.
Trent, just like his number 19, had a 19% shooting percentage. Trent had 3- 3 point games including the Nordiques first hat trick in history!
