EDINBURG, Texas - Rio Grande Valley FC (9-9-7; 34 pts.) will head to New Mexico United (9-8-7; 4 pts.) on Wednesday, September 29 for a midweek clash. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. CST.

RGV FC: The Toros broke their eight-game winless streak with a 3-2 win over Atlanta United 2 on Saturday night. Elvis Amoh, Adrian Diz Pe and Jonas Fjeldberg all scored for the night. Amoh tallied his ninth goal while both Diz Pe and Fjeldberg scored their first professional goals. As a squad, the Toros have scored 36 goals while conceding 36.

NMU: New Mexico earned a 1-0 win over San Antonio FC last Saturday night in a road match. Christopher Wehan was the lone scorer for the night totaling his eighth goal with New Mexico. Andrew Tinari has distributed six assists in 20 appearances. Wehan has created 40 chances on the pitch with former RGV player Isidro Martinez creating 32. Collectively, New Mexico United has scored 30 goals, conceding 28 and having kept six clean sheets.
