by Ken Oda
Minot, ND - The Minotauros were outdueled by the Aberdeen Wings in the Central Division Finals dropping both Game Three and Game Four at home this weekend after splitting the series first two games in Aberdeen last weekend. The series loss ends the Tauros season as the Wings will advance to represent the Central Division at the Robertson Cup Final Four next weekend in Blaine, MN.
The Tauros will have a decidedly different look next season up front with nine forwards aging out, however five defensemen and both goaltenders from this year's squad are eligible to return to Minot next season. Next up for the Tauros will be the NAHL Draft on June 4th .
The Tauros thank every fan, volunteer, and partner, your continued support has helped our players continue to progress to the next levels of hockey. Thanks to Minot's continued support 76 players have moved on to the college ranks, a number that will surely increase over the coming weeks as Tauros players finalize their college plans for next season.
The Minotauros will return to Minot in September, until then stay tuned to MinotaurosHockey.com for all Tauros news and updates including the announcement of next season's schedule and Season Ticket Info including a price reduction announcement.
