Steel General Manger Ryan Hardy looks forward to the group's progress as the season plays on.

"It is nice to see that ten players in our program have been recognized by NHL Central Scouting as we begin the 2019-20 season. I personally believe that a couple players, notably Brendan Brisson and Sean Farrell, could be rated higher and I was surprised by the exclusion of a couple of other players, but their NHL futures will be determined by what they do on and off the ice, not by a ranking in October, so I look forward to watching all of our prospects grow and develop throughout the season," said Hardy.

The United States Hockey League has over 60 current players listed on the 2019-20 NHL Central Scouting Preliminary Players to Watch list.
